This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, short-circuit after pluses it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, electrical malfunction and ignition coil 'e' secondary circuit, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
02708 Possible Causes:
02708 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02708 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, circuit / open bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
