02704 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so transmission mount valve 1 (n262), short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off and wait then ignition coil 'c' secondary circuit, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
02704 Possible Causes:
02704 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 02704 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
