02699 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 3, probe 1 electrical error in the electric circuit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to b+ and secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault.
