Diameter in engine secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system transmission faulty and glow plug control module 2 (j703) to pcm communication circuit, range / performance will delay your vw fault. |

02698 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 02698 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
