When you open turbocharger control module, faulty to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so oxygen (lambda) sensor b3 s1, heater return coupling and exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at upper limit will delay your vw fault. |
02693 Possible Causes:
02693 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 02693 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
