02690 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault intake manifold runner bank 1, high temperature causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too low and wait then throttle actuator control motor, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
02690 Possible Causes:
02690 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02690 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of airbag ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
