Diameter in engine exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit open / short to ground also injector control pressure sensor, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |

02690 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02690 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil cylinder 15, high circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
