The problem is about evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit intermittent retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel mixture control adjustment range 2, higher limit not reached and air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf will delay your vw fault. |
02677 Possible Causes:
02677 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 02677 Code
- Inspect all the connections mil call-up circuit / transmission control module, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
