Staring in engine friction too high, exhaust cam adjustment bank 1 to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit range / performance you can see the nox sensor bank 2, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |

02657 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 02657 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
