This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 2 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor control circuit for controller for turbocharger 1 (j724): electrical malfunction or starter interlock, circuit open is the final reason of the code. |

02654 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02654 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
