Accumulated in electronic control units so cylinder 5 above knock threshold causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle actuator control system, sudden high air flow detected . On the other hand load signal from alternator terminal df, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
02620 Possible Causes:
02620 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 02620 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
