Staring in engine fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold runner bank 1, high temperature or change nox sensor bank 1, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
02618 Possible Causes:
02618 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 02618 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for starting with empty tank-nxxx, open or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
