The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault data bus engine/engine, missing message from ecu 1 the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles transmission mount valve 2 (n263), short to ground and secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
02614 Possible Causes:
02614 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02614 Code
- Inspect all the connections air cleaner inlet control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
