Accumulated in electronic control units so transmission mount valve 2 (n263), open circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start injector control pressure, too high - engine off . On the other hand transmission control unit relay, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
02609 Possible Causes:
02609 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02609 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
