02609 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit / open or change evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit high voltage is the final reason of the code. |
02609 Possible Causes:
02609 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02609 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine torque reduction, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
