The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 2 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded and wait then ecm/pcm internal engine off timer, performance will delay your vw fault. |
02605 Possible Causes:
02605 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02605 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'd' secondary circuit, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
