This something to do with the intake camshaft timing hydraulic actuator valve (n331), electrical malfunction It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, internal resistance too largely . On the other hand exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
02594 Possible Causes:
02594 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02594 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature control circuit bank 3, out of range
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
