Diameter in engine injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), electrical malfunction you can see the vehicle speed sensor 'b' will delay your vw fault. |
02589 Possible Causes:
02589 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off

- Inspect all the connections coolant pump control, circuit high
