This code were stamped on VW Engine case hydraulic pressure sensor 2 too low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake bank 1, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g300), interruption / short-circuit to b+ and wait then fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit is the final reason of the code. |

02586 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 02586 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 6 (n371), electrical malfunction
