Staring in engine givers 2 for intake air temperature (g299), signal too largely it can suddenly lead to a significantly more reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit / open or reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 1, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
02583 Possible Causes:
02583 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 02583 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 3 (n368), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
