The problem is about throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit intermittent it can suddenly lead to a significantly more databus engine-engine, implausible message and glow plug indictor light (k29), malfunction message from instrument cluster is the final reason of the code. |
02561 Possible Causes:
02561 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 02561 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
