When you open intake manifold flap position sensor (bank 1): implausible signal retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, short to b+ you can see the coolant fan (v7), open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
02560 Possible Causes:
02560 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 02560 Code
- Inspect all the connections direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
