Accumulated in electronic control units so throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system clutch torque, adaptation at limit . On the other hand diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit will delay your vw fault. |
02557 Possible Causes:
02557 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 02557 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), electrical malfunction in circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
