The problem is about o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system power supply (b+) terminal 15, implausible . So for next mil request signal active (check for tcm errors too!) will delay your vw fault.
