This something to do with the intake camshaft timing linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor hydraulic pressure sensor 1, too high also ignition switch run position, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
02537 Possible Causes:
02537 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 02537 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
