This something to do with the intake camshaft timing please check dtc memory of steering electronics (j527) run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed ignition coil 'd' secondary circuit, malfunction also control of valves pump / nozzle, electrical errors in the electric circuit is the final reason of the code. |
02534 Possible Causes:
02534 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 02534 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure, too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
