When you open intake manifold runner control, default not reached the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration also tiptronic switch down, circuit short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
02523 Possible Causes:
02523 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02523 Code
- Inspect all the connections low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
