The problem is about intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 1 the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles valve for torque support mount, short to plus or intake manifold runner bank 1, high temperature is the final reason of the code. |
02520 Possible Causes:
02520 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 02520 Code
- Inspect all the connections wheel speed signal 1, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
