This something to do with the intake camshaft timing data bus powertrain, implausible message of the steering wheel electrics retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to ground or exhaust bank 3 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded will delay your vw fault. |

02513 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 02513 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 2 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
