02508 Possible Causes:
02508 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 02508 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit interruption
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
