Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake crash shut-down activated also ignition coil 'd' secondary circuit, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
02508 Possible Causes:
02508 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 02508 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
