02501 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to b+ to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so throttle control: airflow at idle too low . On the other hand exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), high is the final reason of the code. |
02501 Possible Causes:
02501 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02501 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic pressure sensor 1, too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
