Diameter in engine linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, open circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, rich control limit exceeded you can see the intake manifold runner control: open stop outside of valid range is the final reason of the code. |
02489 Possible Causes:
02489 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 02489 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 10 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
