When you open exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to ground to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, short to b+ or exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak is the final reason of the code. |
02465 Possible Causes:
02465 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 02465 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at upper limit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
