Staring in engine engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit intermittent . So for next torque management request input signal b, high is the final reason of the code. |
02462 Possible Causes:
02462 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

What To Check After Fixing 02462 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
