Diagnosing engine bar with a camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor please check dtc memory of brake system ecu or change crankshaft position signal output, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
02459 Possible Causes:
02459 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02459 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control motor, control circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
