02457 Possible Causes:
02457 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 02457 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel level sensor 2, circuit high voltage
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
