02443 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about engine coolant temperature signal, short to ground to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so 'a' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on or change relay for supply voltage terminal 30 (j317), implausible signal is the final reason of the code. |
02443 Possible Causes:
02443 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 02443 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
