The problem is about air cleaner inlet control, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit high you can see the torque management request input signal b, high is the final reason of the code. |
02431 Possible Causes:
02431 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 02431 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
