02424 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing clutch temperature, control it can suddenly lead to a significantly more control module defective and exhaust gas temperature, bank 1 sensor 1, out of range is the final reason of the code. |
02424 Possible Causes:
02424 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02424 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'a', minimum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
