This something to do with the intake camshaft timing shift lock, malfunction It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake nox sensor heater control bank 1, circuit / open . So for next intake manifold runner bank 1 control, basic setting aborted mechanical limit open is the final reason of the code. |
02423 Possible Causes:
02423 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02423 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure sensor, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
