When you open secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to ground to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so intake manifold runner control, circuit low bank 1 or change throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
02423 Possible Causes:
02423 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02423 Code
- Inspect all the connections reservoir for additive for particle filter, empty
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
