Diameter in engine mass-airflow sensor 3 (g456), signal to low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed fuel pump "b" control, circuit low and wait then camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), open or short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
02408 Possible Causes:
02408 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02408 Code
- Inspect all the connections drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
