02405 Description And Summary : |

When you open o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1 the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, open and wait then linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
02405 Possible Causes:
02405 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02405 Code
- Inspect all the connections clutch pedal position (cpp) switch (f194), implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
