02399 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit intermittent it can suddenly lead to a significantly more secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit electrical malfunction or change control module defective is the final reason of the code. |
02399 Possible Causes:
02399 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 02399 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
