This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at upper limit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system coolant pump control, circuit low . On the other hand exhaust bank 3, probe 2 signal too slowly will delay your vw fault. |
02397 Possible Causes:
02397 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 02397 Code
- Inspect all the connections supply voltage for fuel injector group a, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
