Staring in engine secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit electrical malfunction run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed supply voltage for fuel injector group b, short to b+ . So for next engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
02389 Possible Causes:
02389 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02389 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
