The problem is about intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake intake manifold runner control, default not reached . On the other hand engine temperature too low will delay your vw fault. |
02382 Possible Causes:
02382 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 02382 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
