This something to do with the intake camshaft timing sensor 3 for intake air temperature (g520), signal high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit / open or fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit will delay your vw fault. |
02379 Possible Causes:
02379 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 02379 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
