The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles starter interlock, circuit short to ground you can see the control module defective will delay your vw fault. |
02373 Possible Causes:
02373 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02373 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, missing message from adr control module
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
