This something to do with the intake camshaft timing evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit range / performance the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck open and wait then shift lock, open will delay your vw fault. |
02362 Possible Causes:
02362 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 02362 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, circuit / open bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
