Diameter in engine torque management request input signal a, range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit you can see the exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), high is the final reason of the code. |
02356 Possible Causes:
02356 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 02356 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
