The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault cylinder 5 injector, data incompatible it can suddenly lead to a significantly more linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to ground also direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic is the final reason of the code. |

02339 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input

- Inspect all the connections fuel fired heater, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
