Accumulated in electronic control units so valve for pump - jet, cylinder 1 (n240), electrical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor valve for torque support mount, short to ground or throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e' / 'f', voltage correlation is the final reason of the code. |

02338 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance

What To Check After Fixing 02338 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
